Full Package includes:
- Attendance at all the sessions and presentations indicated in the program from September 29th to October 01st.
- The scheduled Farm visits from September 29th to October 01st.
- Welcome reception and cocktail on September 28th.
- Coffees and lunches indicated in the program from September 29th to October 01st. Gala dinner on October 01st.
- Post Symposium Tour on October 02nd. Congress attendee bag.
Cancellation Policy Registration:
- All cancellations must be electronically mailed to de Technical Secretary organisation@11itgs.es
- Cancellations until May 15, 2026, without penalty. Only bank charges will apply.
- Cancellations between May 16 and August 28, 2026, will have a penalty of 25% on the registration fee.
- Cancellations between August 29 and September 14, 2026, will have a penlaty of 50% on the registration fee.
- Cancellations starting from September 15, 2026, will have a 100% penalty on the registration fee.
